We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted third parties when necessary, such as:

Legal Requirements: If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our residents and property.
We implement physical and digital safeguards (such as encrypted filing systems and secure servers) to protect your information from unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel have access to sensitive tenant files.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request corrections to inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and lease-holding requirements).
To ensure the safety of our residents, staff, and property, J&K Apartment operates a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system in common areas.
Location of Cameras: Cameras are strictly located in public or shared spaces, such as entrances, hallways, parking lots, and laundry rooms. We do not place cameras in areas where there is a high expectation of privacy, such as inside individual apartment units or restrooms.
Purpose of Collection: Footage is recorded 24/7 for the purposes of:
Preventing and detecting crime or vandalism.
Enhancing the personal safety of residents and visitors.
Investigating liability claims (e.g., slip-and-fall incidents).
Data Retention: CCTV footage is typically stored for 30 days, after which it is automatically overwritten by new footage, unless it is required for an ongoing legal investigation.
Access and Disclosure: Access to live or recorded footage is restricted to authorized management personnel. We will only share footage with third parties (such as law enforcement or insurance providers) when required by law or necessary for a legal claim.
Signage: Clear signage is posted at building entrances to notify all individuals that they are entering an area under video surveillance.
